Processing via Paddle

Order and payment processing for Thinkable is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore processed by Paddle. Please send requests to education@thinkable.space or directly to Paddle support at help@paddle.com.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement (for example, by email) to the contact addresses above is sufficient.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts covering digital content and digital services, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You are informed of this consent when your access is activated.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after purchasing a subscription, we will refund the amount paid on request and without giving reasons. This guarantee applies to the first billing period of a new subscription.

Process and Handling

Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Once approved, the refund is usually initiated within 14 days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.
